Select a few dishes that you've never made before or try to put a new spin on some classics. Oh, and we should also note that trying a new recipe doesn't have to be solely for foods; you can also try new drinks like apple cider, lattes, and eggnog. No one knows your loved one better than you. If your gut tells you that something is off with your family member, trust it. Spend some time observing their behaviors and daily living situations, ask questions, and take notes on what you see. Then, follow up with a doctor as soon as possible.
