First Friday and Fresh Beer. New for the weekend we have two new beers in package. Prairie Cherry Bomb is the Bomb you know and love with a tasteful amount of cherry added. Toppling Goliath Scorpius Morchella is a double IPA they brew in celebration of the arrival of Spring. It pairs perfectly with a shaded patio in May. A few new whiskies arrived as well. The latest limited release from Compass Box, Menagerie, is a blend of of four different malts that all had a little wild ...about them. The result is a complex and delicious dram. We’re also excited to have Penelope arrive in Missouri. It’s a new comer to the craft distilling industry that’s sourcing from MGP. Their Four Grain bourbon is approachable for the newcomer, while the Barrel Strength Four Grain is complex enough to excite the seasoned Bourbon drinker. New Beer and Whiskey Alert We have some really cool additions to our beer and whisky menus this week. The beers are limited, so don’t procrastinate. First up is a new hazy IPA from American Solera, Double Dry Hopped Terpy Galaxy. It is a juicy, Galaxy bomb. It does not disappoint. Next we have two exotic Lambics from Tilquin. Their delicious Pinot Noir Tilquin and Gueuzérable, a Lambic brewed with maple syrup. Both are very limited and for on-site consumption only.... And last but not least, we are excited to welcome Compass Box to our whiskey wall. We’re starting with The Spaniard, a blended Scotch aged in Spanish Sherry and Spanish red wine casks, and the limited release Peat Monster Arcana, where they aged their fantastic Peat Monster in French Oak for a few years.
