Our students performing at A Chance to Dance 2021! A Chance to Dance is an annual benefit performance to raise money and awareness for the prevention of child abuse. Proceeds from the benefit go directly to Voices of Courage in St Joseph, an advocacy center which helps abused children and their families in nine counties. Last night's benefit raised $10,000! Our studio is so proud to be a part of such a meaningful event!

Our hearts go out to Morgan Hartley, and her family. Morgan is a high school senior who has been part of NWMAA since Kindergarten. We have watched her grow into a bright and beautiful young woman, and an amazing dancer. Last week, Morgan was diagnosed with Pediatric Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML). Registration Days! The health and safety of our students and families is of the utmost importance to us! We are so exited to be holding classes at the studio this fall, with several safety precautions in place. For safety measures due to the corona virus pandemic, we will not be hosting our annual open house this year. Instead we will be holding REGISTRATION days every Monday-Thursday 5pm-8pm through August and Saturday, August 22nd from 10am-2pm,! Register and pay the fir...st month tuition on or before August 22 and receive a FREE T-shirt! We are prepared to teach classes in the studio in the safest way possible! This will include limited class sizes, and added sanitization procedures between classes. Masks for students will be optional. We will continue to take temperatures of all students before entering the classrooms. Please do not send your child to class, if they are not feeling well. In this ever evolving situation, our parents and families may rest assured that we will be continually monitoring local county, state and federal guidelines as well as the CDC website, in order to assure that we are being as safe as possible while providing this much needed creative outlet for our students! In the event of a government mandated shut down or quarantine, we are prepared to take our classes online! Our students will keep learning and stay active throughout the entire season, whatever that may look like! Stay informed with TeamApp! NWMAA will once again be using TeamApp to keep everyone informed of any changes in the studio. The app is free to download and will provide parents with instant notifications right on your smartphone, so that we all stay connected!
