December Manager of the Month is Kaleb Moore! Kaleb has been doing a great job with his manager duties over at our Pickwick ISL. He completes special tasks that are asked of him; for example, taking consumers to urgent care and appointments. Kaleb is very patient with every individual he works with. He does a great job of completing documentation on shift, clocking in and out and notifies his DDP of any needs the ISL has. Kaleb has been including the individuals with all ISL needs, grocery shopping and helps to advocate for the consumers. Go Kaleb!!!

Rookie of the Month of December was Cheyenne Duncan! Cheyenne joined Nova in November 2021. She has already built strong relationships with the individuals she works with. She is willing to work extra shifts, and take consumers to appointments. Cheyenne does an amazing job of giving the individuals the opportunity to choose what they want, whether it be community outings, meals, snacks, and choice of movies. She will ask questions if she is unsure and seems to be genuinely interested in this field of care. She is an awesome addition to the Orange Team!

Our Employee of the Month in December was Nicole Harris! Nicole is an exceptional staff. She is very dependable, always completing her documentation and other required paperwork, and is willing to work extra shifts when needed. Nicole is dedicated to her consumers and will do her best to insure they receive the best of care. She is a very valuable asset to the Red Team! Thank you for all you do Nicole!

November Manager of the Month is Mallori Milligan! Mallori is an awesome manager. She is very dependable and is always willing to help when she can. She has gone grocery shopping for other ISl’s when asked, and has picked up extra shifts, working beyond her availability when needed. She works with the girls well and is good with communicating with them about any issues that need to be discussed. She buys ingredients for her consumers because they enjoy baking pies and cookies. We love Mallori!!! Thank you so much!
