Deon Johnson, who was elected by the Episcopal Diocese of Missouri as our eleventh bishop on 11/23/19 and ordained on 06/13/20. He is the first black, first openly gay, and first immigrant to lead our diocese. He has deep experience in social justice issues and recently as bishop, he authored an anti-racism covenant!
