North Oak Family Dental Care

MESSAGE TO ALL OF OUR PATIENTS AND SOON TO BE PATIENTS: North Oak Family Dental Care will reopen for regular business hours starting May 18th. The office has enacted some additional steps to help minimize the spread of COVID 19. These include: prescreening patients via text or phone, waiting in your vehicle prior to your appointment (no sitting in the waiting room), and taking temperatures. Glass barriers have been placed in the front of the office as well as UV-C filtration ...systems throughout the operatories and in the central air units. We will also be wearing a higher level of PPE when conducting treatment. If you have any COVID symptoms or have been in contact with someone who you suspect of having COVID, please let us know so we can reschedule your appointment at a later date to help keep everyone safe. If you had a regularly scheduled exam appointment during this previous 2 month period that was postponed, please know that we will be contacting you to get you rescheduled as soon as we can. We are confident that by maintaining our previous high level of infection control and adding these extra precautions, we will be able to safely treat you and your family. Due to the unprecedented situation with COVID-19 our office will be seeing emergency patients only starting Wednesday, March 18 through March 23rd (Monday). We will update with more information as more guidelines are brought forward regarding when elective treatment will be completed in the future. This is in an effort to do our part in flattening the curve, to protect our team and most importantly protect our patients. This is not a decision we take lightly and only have the best intentions to protect patients in the best way possible. To reiterate, we will still see patients who are having a dental emergency but will be moving patient appointments that can be put off until a later time. Thank you for your understanding during this process, we will get back to normal soon!
