The Leadership Northland class recently put their leadership and problem solving skills to the test at the Tucker Leadership Lab at William Jewell College. Director Al Leone and her facilitators lead the class on important life skills of communication, teamwork, trust and leadership. Afterwards, the group went to the aide of one of their classmates to complete a volunteer community service project at Urban Ranger Corps. This non-profit organization provides boys and young men ages 12 to 18 with a unique opportunity to develop the appropriate life skills necessary for them to become successful and contributing members of society. It was a fun and productive day!
