NEW FITNESS CLASS ALERT! Stretchin' Issa Habit "The Movement": We provide a series of stretches, movements, poses, postures and flows to help the body take on the day ahead. From on the back, standing, sitting, or even to taking up into inversions if you are ready. We want to do daily movements in the body that we can do today tomorrow and the day after. Classes are Mondays and Saturdays, with two options: 8-9:00am, & 9:15-10:15am. $5 per class, participants should bring their own Yoga Mat, water, and a facemask. Class will be taught by Tyus Tillman - Stretch Technician (pictured below).
