Good Morning Disciples! .... I was going to make this post on my personal page but figured I'd post it here instead to encourage all of you to stand upand be th...e Lions that God wants you to be! To whom it may concern... God has made me a Lion. My stance is in His word. My roar are the words He calls on me to say! I have been quiet for too long. Hear me now. If you're not with me, you're against me. And I got no time for that. I will pray for you or with you if you want it.... Anytime! But I'm not going to wallow with you in the same pit of doubt and fear that you may be choosing to stay in. Join me... Both of us can walk toward the Father together. We won't be perfect... But together we can make progress! God has through Disciple Ministries given me a purpose. And my purpose is Bigger than any one person. But for the right people... God will make you a place where we can stand together BETTER than we were before. And growing to where HE wants us to be. This is for anyone who doubts what God is doing in my life. Whether you are a stranger and I just met you, or a family member, friend, or loved one... I will put you in my past... Love you from a distance... and pray for you often... But like all things you put in your rear view they tend to get smaller and smaller until they disappear. I will not be slowed or made to feel like I am not a Lion of God by anyone else again. "God's Not Dead He's Surely Alive... Living On The Inside Roaring Like A Lion" For those of you, witnessing my walk and jumped to my defense when others belittled me or doubted me.. Thank you! You are truly your brother's keeper. For those of you doubting or causing my heart to bear burdens, it shouldn't be bearing, do not attempt to poison me with your tyranny or selfishness! Good Morning Disciples! I'm glad you guys are here. I have a little message for you all today. And... I'd also like to take the opportunity to welcome new Disci...ples to Disciple Ministries. Because we have quite a few new members I'd like to take a quick moment to explain why we call ourselves Disciples. A Disciple is a student. And because we are all students of Christ... if we have a desire to be Christian. We are Disciples if we want to be Christ-like. In this day and age when drug use is at it's worse, and steadily rising, and while our own Government seems to be worried more about the left side or the right side than the people it was established to govern and the majority of those people waiting to pounce on the next person who offends them in some way instead of trying to come to an understanding or an agreement. It is becoming ever more important for good Christian people to stand up and be their brothers keepers. Listen... this is important. If you are already a Christian and secure in your faith then you are ready to get "beat with scripture." But if you're are going out and seeking the lost to bring them in, using the same method of "bible beating" will push those "lost children" away. We need to bring them into the fold by being examples of love and kindness. So that they can be prepapred and made ready to get the "bible beating" that they need. Hear what I'm saying... I'm using the word "beat" because too many times we as Christians (meaning well and having good intentions) cram so much Scripture down the throat of someone we're trying to reach and bring to Jesus that we forget... patience. Go out and be your brothers keeper! If you don't feel comfortable with saying, "Hey I got a question, Are you a Christian?" If you're uncomfortable with that, then say this instead, "Hey I joined this awesome group on Facebook called Disciple Ministries you should come check it out." Either way, the goal always is to find the "lost children" and bring them to know Jesus. You have the most precious thing in the world. You have a relationship with GOD. And you are not supposed to keep it to yourself. You are SUPPOSED TO SHARE IT WITH OTHERS!!! Be your bother's keepers! Good afternoon Disciples. As we go through our day today, keep this thought in the front of your mind. There will be those that you come in contact with that do... not know Jesus. Be a witness! Jesus IS the bread of Life. And you WILL be blessed if you SHARE your bread with someone less fortunate. And how unfortunate indeed to not know Jesus! If you feel awkward about talking to others about Jesus. Then send them here to click on Disciple Ministries.
