A qualified candidate will have a Missouri Property & Casualty Insurance license, 2+ years Commercial Insurance experience, and exceptional written, verbal, and telephone service skills. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, wo...rking with clients answering incoming service calls, billing issues, insurance claims, product problems, and service questions; working with Producers and Companies processing new, renewal, and changes to accounts; have a strong understanding of commercial insurance and the agency management system, and work to build strong relationships with current and future clients.
