To All Our Friends and Clients, Together, we are facing a truly unprecedented situation. The global corona virus pandemic is affecting all of our families, our businesses, our communities, and our way of life. Lori and I have been in business in Branson for over 30 years and this is the most extraordinary and difficult time that we have faced. During this time, I wanted to reach out and update you on how we’re approaching the situation at Branson Nightly Condos. First and for...emost, our hearts go out to anyone who's been impacted by the virus, either directly or indirectly. Our thoughts are especially with those who are sick, to whom we extend our heartfelt wishes for a full recovery. And we're truly inspired by the selfless healthcare workers and emergency responders around the world who are on the front lines working tirelessly to care for people in need. Second, at Branson Nightly Condos, we’re focused on the health and safety of our customers, employees, families ,and communities. We are following WHO ( World Health Organization) , CDC ( Center for Disease Control) and local Health Department guidelines on health and safety, and in particular detail in regards to procedures for customer safety, and recommendations for cleaning and disinfecting surfaces. We have adapted our cancellation policy over the past several weeks to the evolving nature of this epidemic. Today, we are offering our customers the most flexibility we can offer during these challenging times. Our hope is that normalcy returns sooner than expected and that travel might resume soon, but even the most educated in this area do not seem to agree on the outlook. We will continue to monitor the situation, and be prepared for when normalcy returns.
