This third quarter report should explain why I haven't kept up with social media this year, as it's been my most successful year in real estate to date! Homes have been selling at an average of 27 days which means many are going under contract the same day they list. Interest rates are still at an all time low, making it a great time to both buy and sell. I had a client close last week with a 30 year mortgage at 2.5% and another at 2.36% with a 15 year term.
