I put up a new workout of the week! This is a small example of a typical boxing & resistance class. We've got some space in class and we'd love to have you give it a try!

The Beginner Intervals class is a great class if you are looking for a low impact workout. Work at your own pace and level. The Boxing and Resistance class is a fast paced, fun class that combines boxing combos and resistance work for a well balanced workout.
