New City School

Our new Innovation Lab and Kitchen are all-ages spaces: classes from every grade level, even our youngest students, have the opportunity to learn and explore in these new classrooms. The 4/5s recently spent some time in the kitchen making pumpkin bread for their snack!

The 1st Grade has spoken! Both Alexis and Pattan led respectful, persuasive campaigns, and students created signs, songs, and chants to support their candidate of choice. In the end, 1st Graders voted for Alexis to lead their walk, where they took some time to notice the colors of the leaves and the sounds of birds, and admired the architecture in our historic neighborhood.
