The future USS Zumwalt DDG 1000 returned from the at-sea portion of acceptance trials Thursday after two days underway at sea. The #USNavy's Board of Inspection and Survey will provide an evaluation of the ship's performance to ensure all Navy test objectives and requirements were successfully met. Any identified corrective actions resulting from the INSURV period will be prioritized to best support delivery of this first in class ship.
