NAVIGATE is serving as the Owner Representative for Brentwood School District's Middle & Highschool renovations and additions, a new McGrath Elementary School, and Mark Twain Elementary School renovations and additions. Here are some new renderings of the new McGrath Elementary School.

Navigate is excited to have been selected as the Owner Representative by Webster Groves for their new Fire Station No 2. We are now out to bid which will allow construction to start in January 2021!

The St. Charles County Ambulance District's new headquarters' building envelope is almost complete! Navigate proactively planned for the building envelope to be completed prior to winter before the project even went out to bid. This prevents weather delays and cost overruns due to winter conditions that can be very costly for a client. This is one of the many things Navigate does as an Owner Representative to ensure our projects are delivered on schedule and below budget.... Drone credit: John Yeast

Check out Olivette's new Community Center renderings. Navigate is serving as the Owner Representative that is performing pre-referendum estimates, preconstruction, and construction services. This will ensure Olivette gets a building delivered ahead of schedule and below budget.

Tree clearing is underway at Brentwood Bound. This will allow the flood mitigation improvements to take place removing a large section of Brentwood from the 100 year floodplain. This will allow redevelopment and a new 35 acre park to be constructed.
