It’s time for a Friday introduction as we’ve had dozens of inquiries this week, and I thought it might be time to do one again. This time I’m sharing our company value. Naturally You Makeup Artistry started by me (the one in the middle) almost six years ago after my second baby was born. I wanted the #1 value of our company to be about people first. Meaning, we have a deep respect for all humans and types of love, and we will go above and beyond to ensure an easy, stress-f...ree experience with us. That also means the team I curate is incredibly important. At the end of the day, they are an extension of me. They need to feel supported and compensated well. They in return do the best work and hold each other and me accountable. We all rise by lifting each other up. Over the last year, our team has grown from no lead artists and only makeup assistants to not only 5 lead makeup artists and two assistants but 4 hair stylists! To say I’m proud is an understatement! The most epic of weddings happened Saturday with Marion. While she was supposed to marry Michael last year, it wasn’t in the cards.
