In July of 2015, I started my journey to become a Pilates Instructor. Along the way I have picked up other certifications with one goal in mind, to become the best Pilates Instructor I could be. Today I completed that three year journey and can now say I am a Pilates Method Alliance certified instructor (PMA-CPT). While I will continue to learn and challenge myself to help others through the method, I want to pass along my excitement to you!
