FROM GREENWAY MAGAZINE: The Section for Medical Marijuana Regulation at the Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) is pleased to announce a medical marijuana testing facility has passed its commencement inspection. With cultivation, dispensary, and testing facilities now operational, medical marijuana will soon be available to Missouri patients.

Missouri is looking to see the first round of dispensaries to open within the next few months. However, if you already have your license now why wait till then to get your medicine? Oklahoma and Arkansas allow for out of state card holding patients to apply for a temporary license. Call or message us today to find out how!

Is your license expiring soon? Make sure that if it is within 60 days you schedule an appointment to get your renewal process completed! The State of Missouri allows card holding patients to renew their licenses within 60 days of it expiring. Call us today to get your renewal appointment scheduled!

As of September 11, the State of Missouri has received 33 final inspection requests from all facilities (except seed-to-sale). Of the 33, only 7 have been completed, allowing them to begin medical marijuana operations within the state. *Final inspection requests are given AFTER facilities have passed their Minimum Standards Review inspections.

Another dispensary in the State of Missouri has been approved to start operations! MH&W Washington has cleared their inspection by the DHSS and will open when product is available.
