Wow what a Month! I wanted to take a moment to reflect on this whirlwind of weeks filled with extreme diversity! You know the initial feeling I felt.... what many felt; anxiety, worry.... how were we going to get anything done for our clients? What if lending shuts down? How would we keep everyone paid and survive this extreme environment? Well... let me tell you now more than ever I have a newly found respect for many individuals. My team has stepped up to the plate and knoc...ked it out of the park. We have processed hundreds of applications, buyouts... structured the most complex of deals. Our clients have stepped up to the plate!! There is a reason I have partnered with those that I have in the past and let me tell you, we all took the ball and ran with it. I am so proud and so humbled by the performance of this team, our clients, my local banks support, my governments support! My kids... they have stepped up to help with babysitting and dinner and cleaning. Diversity.... we got it! Strength? We got it... Perseverance... we got it. It is hard to put into words how lucky I feel to be able to go to work everyday, doing what I love side by side with an amazing group of ladies. I feel fortunate to get to watch their families grow and change as time passes. Watching our alum as well as she starts her own new business! This Christmas we did a family event and I think we will stick with that plan for years to come. Thanks for a great year ladies!! We had a awesome visit with Impact’s Indy branch this week! I wish we would have remembered to get a pic before everyone else left. It is always great for a team that works together virtually to meet each other face to face. We enjoyed introducing Becky and Cristina to some of our faves and meeting some of the new faces!
