Oil pump on the shovel is back in, and working way better than it did when it first come in. A couple of timing issues and now she is back up and running. Hopefully have a few more pics in a few days for ya all. Headlight is in and the electrics are finished. Just have to wait for some parts to arrive to complete her. Fork seals, brake discs, seat bolts and fabrication of the forward controls, then the tires will go on. BTW we do not balance with lead or stick on weights. Mutleysplace runs with counteract balancing beads. I use them on both my rides and I love them, you will too.

-THE GREATEST HINDRANCE- What’s up MC World? Miklo 1%er here wishing everyone a great week. So.. the other day, myself and a very close brother of mine from ...another club had a pretty remarkable exchange of words that became the inspiration for this article.. This brother is hands down one of the most righteous men you could ever meet.. I had seen him post an image of a King of Diamonds playing card specially designed for his club.. and I contacted him and told him that it was the perfect image for his club. I said You guys are definitely the Kings of Diamonds in my book brother! I’ve heard of the king of clubs but if there was ever a club that’s the King of Diamonds it’s y’all!! To which he replied It’s an honor for someone to say that, Especially someone from another Diamond Club. Which led to a long conversation about how ego is such a hindrance in our culture.. There are so many ridiculous taboo’s in our world nowadays... You can’t call people in other clubs ‘brother’. You can’t openly support any other 1% clubs. ..I ain’t with that party man... I’m a true 1%er. If someone is a brother and shows me true brotherhood and love and loyalty then you’re damn right I’m gunna call him my brother no matter what club he’s in! And if there’s a straight up righteous club out there that shows respect, love and support to me and my brothers then you’re damn right we’re gunna love them right back and show them support in any way we can. One thing I do not miss at all about being in a street gang was the dog eat dog mentality... To show the type of brotherhood we show in the MC World would typically be seen as weakness in the street gang world because true brotherhood requires blind trust and vulnerability... The brotherhood I was taught by the 1%er’s that mentored me when I came into the MC World was a level of brotherhood that I had never experienced in my entire life.. If true brotherhood is what you seek in life then the 1% MC World is where you need to be in my opinion But if we keep letting these f@ck every club except mine! Taboos continue to sink their roots further and further into our culture then we’re gunna end up just like the street gangs at a point where we can’t even trust our own shadow... Should the club you love the most be your own? Ofcourse. Should you be a flaky fence rider slapping support patches of every club you meet onto your colors and pushing everyone to hold hands and sing kumbaya? Ofcourse not. But don’t ever EVER forget that the most important parts of 1%er life are FREEDOM & BROTHERHOOD Don’t ever let no millennial metro gangsta taboo BS stand in the way of freedom and brotherhood.. The old school is the BEST school! Instead of running around beating our chests and playing patch patrol in the name of stroking our ego... How about we start giving eachother credit where credit is due?!?! We can all shine together.. If clubs can actually start counting on each other instead of worrying about the threat of one another we might actually get somewhere.. Thank you for reading. Thoughts? Comments? Shovel oil pump going back in.

Mutleys Place 02.06.2021

Sorry but due to weather and commitments work on the shovel was slow this week. I did get a bit in on her today. She had the oil lines and tank flushed and given fresh slippery stuff. 5 Minutes into the warm up I wasn't feeling right about her so I shut her down and took a closer look. The oil lines were cool and the filter was half empty.... So I did a kick test and found the oil pump is moving very little oil. So the oil pump was torn down and found that the gear circlip was not seated correctly and was actually pinched between the oil pump bodies. I may have been able to salvage it but won't know until I get a new clip for it. Hoping this week to have this problem sorted and to have the new headlight in place. Stay in touch, keep the shiny side up,,, Mutley..
