Hollie here, I got to start on this piece the other day. Thanks for looking. For scheduling we are getting back to messages within 48 hours it is best to contact through messenger for now. For phone calls we are answering the phone when we are not in the middle of appointments but our voicemail instructions are also to contact us through Facebook messenger as well for the time being.

Guys and gals, we do not generally post these sorts of things on the page. But this is a cause that means allot to us. The Outland was about to be purchased by some people who would most likely have not kept to the outland’s standards of including everyone. To keep that from happening I am posting their go-fund me. Hollie here, I got to finish up this peacock today. This was 3 sessions, I had allot of fun with this piece. I am currently booking into August and we are tying to get back to messages in order to the best of our ability. We are still working by appointment only at this point and requiring facemasks for your appointment. For booking we are currently still doing most consultations online, it can be a bit longer of a wait as we do the back and forth messages. But we appreciate everyone’s patience and the end result is definitely worth it.

(Hollie here) I have gotten a bit behind on posting but here is a unicorn I got to work on today. For scheduling I am responding to all messages on Facebook within 48 hours, it has been a task to do consultations online but I am slowly getting the hang of it. I do not have any availability for walk-ins at this time I am encouraging clients to book appointments. With the shop phone. I am getting back to voicemails as I can however I am not answering the phone while we are in t...he middle of appointments anymore. For all appointments the client and myself are both required to wear a face mask. Temperature is checked at the door with our infrared thermometer. No guests during your appointment, no exceptions. We are trying to comply and maintain a safe environment for ourselves and our clients. If you have any symptoms, please let us know ahead of time and we will reschedule your appointment. I do take a deposit on all appointments that are booked that goes towards the price of the tattoo. For that I either do PayPal invoice or card over the phone. We will be maintaining this procedure for the near future. If I have not gotten back to you within 48 hours please send a message to bump your message back to the top of the que. I have tried not to miss anything but it does happen. Thank you for your patience and I am grateful for the awesome clients I have. We will be working by appointment only during the corona virus restrictions. All appointments must be made in advance with the artist you are wanting to work with. Every client and artist is required to wear a face mask. During appointments we ask that you not bring guests with you as we are trying to restrict the number of people in the studio. All clients will have their temperature taken with a no contact infrared thermometer before their appointment. ... With messages, we are trying to make sure we get back to everyone in a timely fashion however as this has become a time consuming process (Hollie) is trying to go back through all messages today to make sure we haven’t missed any, but with the back and forth some end up down in the que and get missed. With the longer days of work at the end of the week it is taking longer to sift through the messages. Please be patient we are doing the best we can to answer questions in order. But depending on how long the work day is sometimes it does take longer than 24 hours to respond. With phone calls, while we are working we are not picking up the phone, I will be returning all missed voicemails from the weekend on Tuesday and trying to return all missed voicemails at the end of the day or the beginning of the next business day. We are happy and thankful to be back at work but we are booking further out. As of now we are unable to accommodate walk-ins so we are encouraging all clients to book appointments. With the changes we have had to make to accommodate social distancing this has made our consultation process take a little longer than our normal in person consultation. We apologize for the inconvenience however we will hopefully be getting more into the groove of the new restrictions. Hopefully when the restrictions are lifted we can go back to our normal in person process.
