It's Meet the Team Tues . . . er, Wednesday! And it's a two-for! We're so lucky to have Christian "jack of all trades" Gibbons back with us for a second year and the big guy Alex Diaz joining us this year - both proving they are rock stars! Christian Gibbons is a hardworking individual and a family man. Holding down 3 jobs, Christian likes his job at Mosquito Joe because of the family atmosphere, the time alone on the road, and the chance to learn the KC area and it’s neig...hborhoods. Christian was born in Kearney, NE, raised in Phillipsburg, KS and moved here after graduating from Emporia State. Kansas City is one of his favorite places because of St. Patrick Church & School, the Royals, BBQ and Mosquito Joe. When Christian is not working he is doing baseball, baseball, baseball. All 4 (four!) of his kids are on a team at SOAR Sports Academy. If you see Christian out and about - toss him a ball - he’ll catch it! Sr. Alexander - Alex, to us! - is originally from Miami, FL, where he met his wife. They decided to make a new start here in Kansas City and enjoy spending time on the Plaza. When he is at home, Alex works hard to make the yard and his cars as beautiful as possible! He thinks that Mosquito Joe has a great leader, great team, and great customers. If you see Alex around, give him a wave! He’s always got your yard covered and swat-free!

Snow and 17 degrees can’t keep our Chiefs down!!! But...it will keep your MoJoKC team down for just one day. We will be staying in tomorrow due to inclement weather but then will be back out to finish the last services of the season. Don’t forget: we are less concerned with temperatures and weather for this last treatment as the buzzers and biters will be heading to harbor and lay eggs around your structures and that will be our main focus...and just as we do during the first treatments in April...our current customers get a free spider focus with their last spray of the season. Don’t stop the MoJo just yet. You will thank us for it.

SATURDAY October 10th, The Rino is asking for your help. Music venues, independent theaters, and other small businesses are closing everyday due to the pandemic.... A year from now, we want to be able to give these friends our business. If we don’t support them now, they won’t be there soon. THE RINO will be streaming a 12 hour long, old school telethon to raise funds to get back open and bring you the community that so many of you have been missing. Us too We’ll be bringing you live music, live stand-up comedy, how-to videos, shout-outs and tunes from National Bands and Artists, speakers from promoters and agents in the music business and more. We’re so excited to bring on a live-streaming aspect to The NEW Rino. We will be live-streaming all of our shows and concerts, so if you don’t feel like making it out, you can watch at home or anywhere with your phone. We will be making options available on Patreon for a monthly fee that you can get exclusive access to all shows all the time. Along with your membership, we will ship you a special card, that will grant you special discounts on drinks when you come in for a pint or a cocktail. Alongside all of this news, we will also have a special Silent Auction to help us raise money. Many awesome items and services will be up for sale. Everything from packages from our Sponsors: Crane Brewing, Messenger Coffee and Boulevard Brewery, as well as Chiefs Jerseys, custom painting, illustration, and photography work from local KC artists, custom hair and makeup appointments and more! During the telethon we will have some special updates about the status of Colony/The Rino.
