The Self Massage Zoom class has officially moved to Sunday night at 7pm! When was the last time you took care of your body?! Do you feel like your shoulders are up to your ears? Are you hunched at a computer for hours and hours every day? During this class session I help guide you through self massage techniques to relieve upper body muscle tension. ...
