Having talked to most of our parents, we have decided to reopen the school on Monday, May18, 2020. On entering the school parents please stay in the first hallway. A teacher will take your child's temperature and escort them into the classroom. We will wash hands multiple times a day. If possible please provide a face mask for your child and we will attempt to help them wear it for the first few weeks. Please enter the front of the building. Thank you and stay safe Keri & Diana

To our parents, We hope you are well. Many thanks to those of you in the front lines! We want to let you know that the school is fumigated. Heli's family has a restoration company and they surface cleaned and fumigated, with a medical grade chemical, last Friday, March 20, 2020. We should be able to return to a really clean building. Presently, we are planning to return to school on Monday, April 27. This is the Monday after Jackson County is ending the self-isolation. This m...ay change, of course, and we will keep you updated. If anyone has contracted Covid-19 virus, please let us know. Additionally, please do not send your child to school with a fever, cough, pink-eye or diarrhea. We miss you all but trying to stay safe. We see that there are 9 confirmed cases of the coronavirus in the immediate K.C. area. We had hoped to stay open. However, we have 4 teachers over 60 years of age, some of whom have underlining health conditions. In general, children are not at great risk of fatality from the virus but can be carriers. Therefore we will close at the end of the business day Tuesday, March 17. We hope to open again on Monday, March 30th.
