Another busy afternoon for your MRFD crews. Heavy rains resulted in 3 motor vehicle accidents and flooding issues. Crews assisted Monett City with flooding in the city along with 3 MVAs within the district.

Monett Rural worked an accident this evening that required us to remove a door and the dash of the vehicle to free the victim. Working accidents is just another service that Monett Rural does for its community. We do carry extrication equipment on one of our apparatuses for such emergencies.
