Anyone else have a love\hate relationship with pie crust? I have been on the hunt for the perfect pie crust for me for years now. I feel like pie crust is very unique & individual. Not every pie crust recipe works for everyone. And there are so many different ones. Shortening based ones, butter based ones, shortening & butter based ones, ones with egg, ones without, ones mixed by rolling pin, ones mixed by fork, ones mixed by dough blender, etc. And I have tried an insane amo...unt with none of them really sticking or just feeling right or working how I wanted them to. Well I am happy to say by switching up some ingredients & after extensive research & loads & loads of Nailed It moments I believe I may have figured out the perfect pie crust for me.
