Attention all MNR Staff Covid testing for all staff has changed to 1 time per week on Mondays, Please ensure you come in to receive your testing between normal time frame for testing. Thank you for all you do to keep everyone safe and to perform the best care possible while keeping everyone safe!!
Attention all family members!! We will be resuming our visits for family and residents!! Please call Martha SSD to schedule your visit. Utilization of PPE, social distancing, and Safety Barrier will be utilized during visits. Education r/t Covid precautions, Covid screenings, and handwashing will be performed prior to all visits!!
Fancy Nails and Ice-cream Social happened 2.4.2021. All residents and staff enjoyed themselves. Permission received from residents/staff/grds to post; Social Distancing, Handwashing, Mask wearing continue to be encouraged and educated with all activites!!
