Hi friends and family, just to clarify any confusion and questions, I am still a full-time certified residential real estate appraiser operating Minkovich Appraisal Services/ Missouri Value Appraisals for over 25+ years. Nothing has changed there . This is my passion and I love what I do as an appraiser. As you may or may not know, I have been a real estate broker for over 25+ years. Recently I have moved my brokers license from MAR Realty to Berkshire Hathaway Select. It is a great company with innovative technology and endless resources. This will be helpful for me to provide the best real estate services possible.

To all my friends and family! I still have my Minkovich appraisal company. This is my passion and I will continue to appraise homes as long as I can. Some of you know that I am also a real estate broker, investor, rehabber for many years. Recently i have joined a great company Berkshire Hathaway Select for my brokers license. It opens new possibilities for me as a real estate sales person, real estate investor, real estate rehabber as well as real estate appraiser.
