With winter months approaching, this would be a great time to sign up for the MVCAA weatherization program. This program is a free service for homeowners and renters who qualify. Weatherization can make a home warmer during the winter and help save heating dollars. Weatherization reduces household fuel costs between 20% and 25%. If you know of someone that could benefit from weatherization services, please have them call their local MVCAA Family Resource Center to set up an appointment or apply online at www.mvcaa.net, (under Program’s & Services / Home Weatherization)

Richmond Head Start class did a study about cows. The children "milked" their classroom cow "Betsy", they made butter and did a taste test of different milk flavors. Regular white milk, chocolate, strawberry, banana and cotton candy milk. What was the favorite flavor?
