STUDENT AMBASSADOR OPPORTUNITY: Body U is a program offered at Missouri State through the Counseling Center. It is a free, confidential, online guided self-help program that combines information about body image, healthy eating behaviors, coping skills, anxiety- and stress-reduction techniques. The Body U program has been helping MSU students for the past four years and is now accessible to anyone in Missouri. Body U has a student ambassador and that position is available starting in the fall. It would be ideal for any student interested in eating disorders and body image.
