Awesome data from Tennessee Mallard Project! I venture to say that we laid our eyes on the birds using north of Big Lake (left side of the animation) several times. Ducks are getting smarter every year and you have to be in the right area.

From all off us at Missouri Mallards, we offer our sincerest of condolences to the families of the young men who lost their lives at Reelfoot Lake today. We as hunters are better than this. Every winter, Brandon, Travis, and I meet people from all over the country to share the sport we’re so passionate about. Good people. I can’t for the life of me process how someone could possibly think that taking a life is a resolution to a disagreement about duck hunting...DUCK HUNTING! We all take what we love seriously, but this is completely senseless. Horrible black eye for the sport and the area.

It’s been a while since an update. Duck season has been tough for everyone this year. We’ve had some bad days, several good days and quite a few great days. Specks have taken up the slack from ducks and it’s been a fun, fun few weeks! One more to go! Reserving dates for 21/22.
