The look on your face when you know you are safe and your tummy is finally full,

All the horses we brought in yesterday are doing okay. The little donkey needs help to stand up, but did stand up and eat with momma today.

Remember the six horses we got over the weekend? We went back yesterday and picked up six more. The younger donkey is about 1 1/2 years old and was having trouble standing up so we took him straight to the vet. He still hasn't stood up but is now laying in a stall with his momma eating grain. Four other ponies came in with him that are all thin, but will hopefully be okay once they can put on some weight. Didn't get back to the rescue until after dark so we'll post better pictures once they are all settled in.

Thanks to Catalyst Electric for working hard to get the electrical installed in the new barn and also helping Mini Penny when she needed help getting up after laying down to enjoy a little sun. Thanks again.

We are still waiting for Zara to have her baby, but the little fluffer is being quite active! Look closely and you can see the foal moving around. Hopefully he or she will be making her/his entrance soon!
