Million Air St Louis 09.11.2020

Over the weekend a female green turtle ‘Quasimodo’ was transported and transferred to the St. Louis Aquarium. The green turtle was originally collected under t...he authority of 50 CFR 17.21(c)(3) by the Georgia Sea Turtle Stranding Network and is listed as threatened under the Endangered Species Act 1973, as amended (16 U.S.C. 1531 et seq.). The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service) deemed this green turtle non-releaseable due to injuries that would prevent diving and foraging in the wild. We were thrilled to meet Quasimodo!! Next time your at the St. Louis Aquarium remember to say "hi". Special thanks to Turtles Fly Too Inc. for trusting us with all your travel needs. #millionair #quasimodo #seaturtle #stlouisaquarium
