I love when customer’s send me photos like this. All kidding aside this customer actually became a friend years ago. She had Bought a Kirby and I would kid her it was going to break her back. They went to finish their basement and it was her husband’s idea that they retro for a central vacuum in their home. Pretty sure their youngest does all the vacuuming now!!
