Midwest Junior PGA Championship Congratulations to the Midwest Junior PGA qualifiers! Ryan Lee of Overland Park, Ks. and Will King of Olathe, Ks. advanced to the National Boys Junior PGA Championship on July 12-15 at Kearney Hills Golf Links in Lexington, Ky. Julia Misemer of Overland Park, Ks. and Averi Mickelson of Kansas City, Mo. will be representing the Midwest Section at the National Girls Junior PGa Championship on July 27-30 at Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, Ky.... Play well and have fun!

Midwest PGA Junior Championship Day 2 at WinterStone Golf Course and the weather is fabulous. The overall top (2) boys and top (2) girls will advance to the National PGA Junior Championships to be played in Kentucky next month. Thank you to all participants, parents, staff and rules officials!

Pro Open #1 With stocking caps and hand warmers, the Pro Open began with 27 players and an 8:00 am shotgun at Shoal Creek Golf Course on May 10th. Robert Russell from The Nicklaus GC @ Lionsgate lead the board with a 67 followed by Taylor Griffith from Carthage Golf Course with a 69.
