Snip N Clip Of Warrensburg & Snip N Clip Of Clinton are looking for licensed stylists to expand our teams in Clinton and Warrensburg. We have several positions in both locations available, with 1 assistant manager position in our Clinton location available. We are seeking reliable, fun, creative and ambitious cosmetologists. A clientele base is desired but not required. You must be willing to work evenings and weekends. Positions can start full-time or part-time, with the future possibilities of working up to management. Optional to work at both locations for more hours and widening your clientele base. !! Starting hourly pay off at minimum wage with pay increase based on experience and clientele after training. You will receive bi-monthly pay via direct deposit. We also offer: -Sliding service commissions based on performance up to 6.5% -10% retail sales commissions -Christmas and birthday bonuses -Major holidays paid -Sick Day Pay -Expanding paid vacation -Possibility to earn yearly bonuses for top services, retail sales & highest average ticket -Daily cash and paid out credit card tips. -Employee tabs for individual backbar, personal beauty products & equipment -Management positions will also include a service commission on the entire salons performed services per pay period -Options to expand the salon services. If we don't provide it, and you are licensed to perform other services, we would be more than willing to help accommodate that. -We are looking to add health insurance as a benefit in the near future, too!
