Today, MFA officially presented the MU Fire and Rescue Training Institute with grants totaling $26,000 from the MFA Charitable Foundation and CoBank. The money ...will be used to train and equip volunteer fire departments in rural areas for the purpose for saving lives and protecting property. The goal is to award grants to at least one recipient in each of the nine Fire Mutual Aid Regions in Missouri. We had a great turnout for the 1st annual Tracks, Tires and Trucks event hosted by Peerson Tool Co. MAC Tools during Puddle Jumpers! We had a great time showing kids some of the equipment that MFA uses on a daily basis as well as describing their purpose! We look forward to seeing you next year!
