The ideal candidate needs to have a good work ethic, positive attitude and desire to learn more. Must also have own transportation as well as the ability to be on time. Our fast-paced building and remodeling company is looking to hire a Tile Setter / Flooring Installer as a member of our growing team. The ideal candidate needs to have a good work ethic, positive attitude and must be able to install all types of tile and flooring for residential projects. Professional ...appearance, demeanor & attention to detail are key elements of this position as well as the ability to interact with clients as needed. Must have a minimum 3 years experience with residential remodeling and demonstrate the ability to take a flooring job from start to finish. Compensation & benefits are based on experience, skill level, speed and ability. These include: * 401k w/4% match * Health/Dental Insurance * Company vehicle stocked with tools * Paid time off/holidays * Company attire Working hours are generally Monday - Friday 7am-3:30pm year-round.
