PLUMBING SERVICE TECHNICIAN Metro Heating A/C and Plumbing, here we grow again! We are seeking a Maintenance/Plumbing Technician. Job duties are as follows: Perform any necessary repairs to previously installed systems. Install water heaters, garbage disposals, operate drain augers, make small repairs in residential homes to water supply and drain lines. Must be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build positive relationships with customers, and vendors. Must have ...excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be able to multitask, think creatively, and troubleshoot problems. Basic knowledge and understanding of plumbing is necessary. Valid driver’s license with active auto insurance. Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs. on a regular basis, walk the property including stairs, work within small spaces and heights and in adverse weather conditions. Must be able to work flexible hours to include night/weekends when on rotation call duty. All qualified applicants are subject to drug and criminal background screening. HVAC SERVICE TECHNICIAN Metro Heating and A/C, here we grow again! We are seeking an experienced HVAC Maintenance Tech. As we grow, we are seeking another skilled service HVAC technician to perform skilled mechanical maintenance duties in the inspection, repair, installation, and alteration of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems and related equipment. Repair faulty equipment units and be able to make the necessary repairs. Perform preventive m...aintenance and routine servicing of equipment. The Technician must be able to anticipate needs, discern work priorities, and meet deadlines with little supervision. Must be an enthusiastic professional, and be able to build positive relationships with customers, and vendors. Must have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, be able to multitask, think creatively, and troubleshoot problems. Basic knowledge and understanding of HVAC, plumbing and electrical. Prefer 2 years of prior experience in HVAC mechanical maintenance and plumbing. Requires high school diploma or GED. Valid driver’s license with active auto insurance and EPA card. Salary based on experience. Must be able to lift 80-100 lbs. on a regular basis, walk the property including stairs, work within small spaces and heights and in adverse weather conditions.
