Let's transform Mercy Park into a winter wonderland with trees decorated by area businesses and organizations! We are searching for tree sponsors who would be interested in participating! The restroom and water fountains at Mercy Park are closed for the remainder of today (Thursday, July 18). There is some construction in the area and a water pip...e that supplies water to the park was damaged. Contractors anticipate the issue will be fixed by tomorrow. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for understanding.

JOPLIN ARTS FEST The fourth-annual Arts Fest will take place at Mercy Park on Friday, September 14th (7-9pm), and Saturday, September 15th (9am4pm). This FREE festival will feature 44 different artists from 6 states and 25 different cities. In addition, the festival will have 8 different music groups performing during the two-day event. There will be art related activities for the youth with 8 different food trucks. There will also be adult beverages that can be carried around the festival as people enjoy the art and music.
