MeetMenlo this week with Brock! Brock is an L2 Field Technician at one of the school districts we support. "Day to day involves providing excellent service to one of Menlo’s largest and oldest clients. They have 16 facilities and a wide range of technology so there is seldom a dull moment. During times of large deployments or summer projects, I work to keep everything on schedule and moving forward. Agility, flexibility, and daily workflow management are very important for su...ccess." As a Menlo team member, Brock enjoys being able to make a difference at the many schools he helps and seeking resolutions to technology issues. "The thing I enjoy about being a Menlo Field Technician is interacting with clients face to face and being able to see the positive results of our work. I’ve enjoyed growing in the fast-paced environment that Menlo offers and appreciate that the company is always striving for success, growth, and providing excellent customer service. " Something you may not know about Brock? "I have a degree in Journalism from KU and always enjoyed writing. I’m also a geek for fitness and the outdoors and love to do things I probably shouldn’t be doing at my age. " Thanks for being a positive teammate in and out of the office, Brock!

Jeremy helps customers unleash their potential by meeting with them regularly, following up on their feedback and addressing any concerns. In addition, he assists with onboarding new members to the Menlo family. What has Jeremy learned during his time at Menlo so far? "I have learned to have a greater appreciation for technology when it works and all of the effort behind the scenes that goes into makin...g sure it does!" When he's not helping customers at Menlo, he enjoys showing his creativity through his hobbies. "I love 3D printing things; recent creations include DIY mini Christmas trees, the USS Enterprise, and custom 2020 snowflake ornaments!" She gets to help keep students learning by working on their laptops if something goes wrong, and works with teachers and administration to ensure the network is working properly. Laura loves Menlo because We make an impact on the future. We’re providing school districts with technology and the education on how to use that technology to strengthen minds and relationships. Something that stands out ab...out Laura is I don’t care for the beach- give me mountains and/or historical places and I’m happy.
