Music, at its essence, is what gives us memories. And the longer a song has existed in our lives, the more memories we have of it. Stevie Wonder Music can be key to offering relief to people living with memory loss and to those who love them. Learn more about how MCHS incorporates music in our dementia intervention at our website memorycarehs.org. https://twitter.com/i/status/1325562270861103104

Please join today at 1:00 pm to learn more! Here are full details: As a reminder, the National Alzheimer’s and Dementia Resource Center will host the webinar, Sustaining Programs for People Living with Dementia and their Caregivers: Billing for Dementia Services this Thursday, October 22, 2020 from 2...-3 p.m. ET. Please join the for the webinar,. A description of the webinar and registration information follows. Dementia services and supports play an important role in helping people who are living with dementia remain in their communities. Providers have expanded the range of dementia services they offer, but identifying sustainable sources of reimbursement is an ongoing challenge. Billing third party payers, such as fee-for-service Medicare and private insurance, may provide one sustainable source of funding. This webinar will provide an overview of a new Guide to Billing Codes for Dementia Services developed by the National Alzheimer’s and Dementia Resource Center to help organizations that have medical billing systems in place understand how to bill for dementia services. Following the overview, Jill Cigliana of Memory Care Home Solutions in St. Louis, Missouri will provide examples of how her organization utilizes third party billing to help sustain their work. Additional information about this webinar and the registration link can be found here: https://www.asaging.org//sustaining-programs-people-living If you have questions, please contact Sari Shuman at [email protected].
