This is a kitchen remodel in Webster Groves. Total gut down to the studs. Had to reframe ceiling to get it level. Reframed arch and outside walls. All new electric. Removed old plaster and lathe, 3,000 pounds worth. Ugh!! Kemper cabinets, maple with moonstone paint finish and full overlay. Cambria, swanbridge color from Stonetrends for tops. Herringbone design on tile. Kings wood magma 8x30 porcelain tile from Tile Shop for flooring. Massive undertaking being an older home but fun
First time working with Ikea cabinets. Relatively is to install. The problem is putting them together. 275 packages!!! I really like the look, usually more on traditional side but I like it. Total gut. Removed wall between kitchen and living room, yes I said living room. This is by far the largest kitchens to date. The drywall shelves are covering the flue. Nice touch I must say. The flooring is vinyl believe it or not . It’s a locking floor. Inexpensive but should hold up well.
My first and last tiny home. Lol
Just finished this hall bathroom in town and Country. We were able to try some new things. Originally the tub was sunken so as you can see there’s no shower threshold and no shower door just a fixed panel. She chose an alder wood for cabinets and we made and installed my signature mirror frame. More of a contemporary look. Around $13,000.00
Existing basement finish. Had limited space but accomplished quite a bit. This features lighted liquor shelves with mahogany bar top. Able to squeeze ice maker and refrigerate under counter. This also features cultured stone
