Make sure you furnace exhaust and intake pipes are free from snow and ice. I’ve heard people talking about it causing CO to back up into there homes. This is not the case however your furnace will not work with the pipes covered or filled with snow.

Our service techs, installers and sales people will all have respirators and latex gloves for the safety of everyone. As of Monday, March 23, 2020, we have virtually no disruptions in our supply chain and will continue to provide the best service possible. To keep our company operating effectively, it is crucial to maintain a healthy workforce, and so it is our top priority to keep our employees healthy and safe. Therefore, we have reminded our employees of the importance of good personal hygiene and continue to communicate precautionary measures with them to prevent contracting and transmitting this or any disease. Any employee that has an illness or has been in Contact with some one that has an illness will be asked to stay home for at least 14 days. We view our relationship with you as a partnership, and we believe that open communication, cooperation, and patience between us is critical.
