Thanks for the interest in our construction business. We have relocated to be close to specialized doctors and facilities to care for sweet baby girl, now 7 months old. She has two holes in her heart and the right side of her heart is smaller than normal but the valves seem to be fully formed. She was able to live without surgery until 4 months of age when her growth slowed significantly. A pulmonary artery band was then surgically introduced. She is now gaining weight and he...r body is maturing to be able to tolerate the next procedure called the Glenn procedure in which one of the two veins, superior vena cava, will be surgically attached to the Pulmonary artery to bypass the heart. The natural flow of circulation should take the vein blood straight to the lungs for oxygen and then back to the heart to be pumped to the body. She will still have the holes in her heart and blood mixing there until her third surgery. Only time will tell what the third surgery will be. If interested, take the time to follow her page.
