Whoooweee what a week! I have been going to the office in the evenings when I can. Trying to keep my little entertained like most of you. Power outages and the extreme weather has caused issues for a lot of us. With that being said~I am a phone call away! 417-838-4469! You can call or txt anytime if you are needing assistance. I am trying my best to have doors open as much as possible. BUT know this...I AM here for you!! I think the slow plows took out my mailbox and I am waiting for the snow to end to have the parking lot cleared. Please be patient with me, I am doing everything I possibly can at the moment. Stay warm and forgiving!

Weeks like this one~if you all are traveling to and from work, please remember if you need your road side assistance the number is on the back of your ID card. BEFORE you head out make sure you have a winter kit~blanket, bottles of water, ice melt, scraper, flash light and whatever else you think you might need. Please be safe, I am going to try to make it into the office a little later today!

Let me introduce to you Tess Crayton...aka...Momma! Tess has been in the insurance field before and came back and got licensed just to help me out. She passed the test on her first try!! Huge, huge deal! The insurance test is extremely hard. I’m so proud of her. She is sporting the mask made by my sister, Lashelle Beeson. Huge thank you ladies!

I have debated posting for awhile now about the mask issue. As long as allowed, we have NO mask requirement. With that being said, if you feel like it is necessary for myself or my co-worker to wear one for your safety and ours, we will gladly wear a mask for the duration of your visit. We clean daily, wash our hands and have wipes and sanitizer available. We will never devalue a persons choice for wearing a mask or not. My beliefs may not be the same as yours. That does not... mean that you will ever be treated any differently. We will not argue the situation. We will provide the same excellent customer service to every single person that walks through our door. We write all kinds of insurance with the exception of life and health (I can guide you to some great agents for those types of policies). Come see us so we may help you!
