Our office will be closing today (12/31) at 12:00 pm. We will reopen on Monday, January 4th. Happy New Year be safe!

Although we contemplated using our new office helper to answer phones on Christmas Eve and Christmas Day, we have decided to go ahead and close. We will reopen on Monday, December 28th with the normal staff. Happy Holidays!

Our office will be closed on Thursday (11/26) and Friday (11/27) for Thanksgiving. We hope everyone has a safe and happy Thanksgiving!

Based on the expiration of the Clay County and State of Missouri "shut down" orders, our office plans to begin the process of reopening on Monday, May 4th. We anticipate, however, that it will take some time before we get back to our "normal" business hours. Because of this -- and due to the ongoing health concerns related to COVID-19 -- we will be handling appointments and communication through phone and email. Anyone that needs to personally stop in the office to sign a doc...ument or make a payment should make arrangements directly with your attorney or the office manager. For the foreseeable future our office hours will be limited so please call or email and we will respond as soon as possible. For anyone that may have called or contacted our office during the last few weeks, we appreciate your understanding of our slower-than-normal response. If you did not receive a response, please feel free to reach out to the office again and we will do our best to get back with you. We are looking forward to working towards reopening the office and getting back to business!
