To protect the safety of everyone, we are adding the following procedures during the current pandemic and Boone County stay at home order, as we continue to provide help for those in need. MaxCare working procedures will change as listed below: 1.... We will use an EPA registered product to wipe all hoses and anything that enters your home between EVERY JOB to lessen the chance of viral transmission. Also, all members of our team will be wearing gloves and shoe covers for extra protection. 2. All workers condition and well being are monitored by management three times per day to ensure no one is feeling or appearing affected. 3. We will only clean or work in unoccupied space. You can describe the job to us or perform a virtual walkthrough via Skype or use an iPhone or iPad to Facetime if necessary to show us our duties. You may meet us from a safe distance before the job to discuss pertinent information, then you agree to leave no occupant in the home while we work, and also agree to wait 3 hours to return (The CDC says the virus can live in the air for 3 hours). We will alert you when we have vacated after your service. 4. If you would like to avoid the 3 hour period- we can, for an extra charge do air exchanges and purge your home of the air it contains. 5. This applies to rental/for sale units as well- no entry for 3 hours after service must be agreed to and signed by a responsible adult, or pay a ventilation fee to be determined by size and level of difficulty. 6.
