Mary’s Valley Meat is pleased to offer you locally raised grain-fed beef from our farmers in Missouri. We hang our beef for 14 days in our climate controlled coolers. Top quality steaks, roast, and burger are the juiciest, most flavorful meat. It’s all so tender and amazing. Mary’s Valley offers quarters as a standard cut only, half and whole beef at your customized specifications. Deposits are required. Time frame usually 3 to 5 weeks. Attention to our customers we need your help. If you have A beef or a hog to pick up please do so. We still have seven beef that need cut up and put in the freezer for other customers this week. We cannot put no more in our freezer till you all pick up. We are doing our best to try and accommodate everyone but in return we need your help to pick up as quickly as possible. Had several people call in today so grateful to have family to come in last minute and step up to the plate along with my part time summer help. A big thank you to all the MVM crew that was here today and my extra family members that came in to get Mary’s Valley Meat through today. We have a lot of customers that we have to get their animals processed and out the door and without you all we can do it. A big big big thank you and appreciation for y’all coming together today you all got a lot accomplished. Wow Wow.

A big shout out to our Marys Valley team. Wayne and I appreciate you all so much. Especially the long hours you have worked the last several weeks. We are astounded and grateful to have a team like you all that are willing to work together to get all of our customers taken care of. You all go above and beyond and work together to get things done. There’s hardly no words just a lot of happy tears that we have a team like you all to help us get through. Also a big th...ank you to our law enforcement Joe Peart for helping Mary’s valley team out last week we appreciate so much and the teams looking forward to many more days with you. A big thank you to a couple young ladies that came in today and stepped up to the plate and helped the Mary’s Valley team out they did not want their names mentioned they know who they are but thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. Talked with several meat processors this morning about how their schedule was. Like all the other surrounding meat processors we are all overwhelmed and trying to accommodate everyone we can. So please, please bare with us. All of us meat processors are doing our best to accommodate all of our customers. Thanks to all.

We have gone through unbelievable amounts of meat and even had out of state visitors to come shop for their family. This is the first time in nine years we have not been able to keep up with what has been thrown at us. Due to supply and demand we will no longer be able to offer bundle packages at this time. ... The first available hog slot is the middle of June (few left) otherwise going straight to the middle of August. ... Just wanting to update you all that we are running over full capacity! See more
